One mailbox is a unit — user, shared or resource, all the same price. One user’s OneDrive is a unit. Someone moving both a mailbox and a drive is two units, and each is counted on its own for volume.
One rate applies to your whole migration — 150 units bills every unit at the 50–199 rate. Mailboxes and drives share this ladder but are counted separately: 50 of each is not 100. NZ customers add 15% GST. Overseas customers are zero-rated. USD figures are indicative only. Billing is in NZD.
Measured after prescan; part-used GB rounds up per site. Everything that moves as content draws this ladder — SharePoint libraries, a team’s channel files, and local file servers. A team’s channel files live in its SharePoint site, so a Teams migration that brings its files creates a SharePoint migration for them — priced here, not in the Teams rate, and it waits for you to approve the size first. Counted on its own — chats do not add to your mailbox or drive totals. Conversations keep their original authors and order but not their original dates; where someone has left, their history is kept in a OneDrive transcript. NZ customers add 15% GST. Overseas customers are zero-rated.
A team is the unit of work — one team is one job — so channel conversations are priced per team rather than per message, at one flat rate with no volume bands. Conversations only: a team’s Files tab is a SharePoint document library, so bringing the files is a tick box that creates a SharePoint migration alongside it, charged per GB above. NZ customers add 15% GST. Overseas customers are zero-rated.

§02 — a separate productOne charge covers the design and every later edit to it — push changes as often as you like. One design builds one site, so a second site is a second design. Migration content is charged separately at the rates above.
