Mailboxes and drives
§01 — priced per unitOne-time, per unit. Volume discounts apply automatically — this is the most you will ever pay per unit.
One mailbox is a unit — user, shared or resource, all the same price. One user’s OneDrive is a unit. Someone moving both a mailbox and a drive is two units.
Single-unit purchases welcome — no minimum batch size.
One rate applies to your whole migration — a batch of 150 units bills every unit at the 50–199 rate. NZ customers add 15% GST. Overseas customers are zero-rated. USD figures are indicative only. Billing is in NZD.

The rate is set by the number of units, never by who is buying them. Stacking several clients into one purchase qualifies exactly the same way as a single company migrating a large tenant — there is no partner program, and nothing is held back for one kind of customer.
SharePoint content
§02 — priced per GBSite content is charged per GB, measured after prescan. The same flat rule applies — whichever band your total falls in, that rate covers all of it.
1 TB = 1,000 GB. Part-used GB rounds up per site. Storage bands are worked out separately from your mailbox and drive units. NZ customers add 15% GST. Overseas customers are zero-rated.
Design a site’s folder structure, role groups and permissions up front, then provision it into the destination. Sold per design, separately from migration units.
