Terms of service.

These terms are an agreement between ITPS (NZ) Limited (“we”) and the person or organisation using migrationHIPPO (“you”). By using the service you accept them, and if you use it for an organisation you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

migrationHIPPO copies mail, calendars, files, Teams content and related data between platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, as you configure it. What each platform allows us to move is described on What to expect, and can change when the platform changes. We may improve and change the service over time.

• Only connect accounts and migrate data you are authorised to.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Don’t use the service to break the law or a platform’s terms, or to interfere with the service or its security.

Migrations are paid for with licences bought in advance at the prices on the pricing page. A licence is used when the first item of a migration arrives at the destination, and then lets you re-run that migration for 90 days. Unused licences are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Licences that have been used are not refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your data stays yours. We access it only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.

We provide the service with reasonable care, and we verify and report what we move. We don’t guarantee that every item will transfer, so keep your own backup and check the results before you decommission a source.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence or licences used by the migration the claim relates to. If you use the service for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law does not allow us to exclude.

You can stop using migrationHIPPO at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
